Established in 1995, Brasserie Bread are pioneers of the artisan bread industry in Australia, yet remain firmly on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. The artisan bread segment is enjoying a similar trajectory to the wine, coffee and chocolate sectors and Brasserie Bread required a full-scale rebrand to position them for significant growth in the coming years.

We worked closely with the team, donning hairnets, examining single origin flour and eating freshly baked sourdough (tough, but someone had to do it) to understand what makes this business truly remarkable. We then created them a new brand identity that works seamlessly across print and digital.

The new Brasserie Bread crown logo is a stamp of quality, representing the care and respect paid to each sourdough loaf they craft. It also references a chef's hat, a heart, a brioche plait and if you squint, a basket of baguettes.

We also devised a new digital strategy, designed them a responsive website, rolled out new signage and packaging with serious shelf appeal.

At Brasserie Bread we worked with the TwofromTwo team for a full overhaul and relaunch of our brand image. This included creative concepts and design, website development, packaging and sales collateral. We found their understanding of our market and what we were looking for was superb, they really took the time to get “inside” our business and understand what the Brasserie Bread business was all about.

Our finished product that TwofromTwo developed was fantastic, it has really taken our brand and our business to a new level, and set a new benchmark for the artisan baking industry.
