Behind a seemingly non-descript black frontage on Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley lies Bar Rogue - a small bar that is doing things differently. Brought to you by Perth hospitality all-stars Liam and Sarah Atkinson (see French restaurant Le Rebelle), Bar Rogue offers delicious wine, beers, cocktails and mixed drinks alongside some tasty, memorable plates. The menu takes inspiration from the kitchens of the world, while the space will remind you of dimly lit Melbourne laneway bars.
Pop into Bar Rogue for a night to remember and make sure you throw the horns up at Meatloaf, who is hanging proudly in the dining room. RIP big guy.
TwofromTwo worked alongside the Bar Rogue team to develop an identity and visual style that is as daring as the venue itself.

"Liam describes the look of the white-washed, two-tiered space as a mix of speakeasy and modern Milan slash Sydney slash Melbourne. The brick is exposed. The flooring is a mix of timber and concrete. A basket chandelier hangs overhead. The furnishings in the front area are pitched at couples, while larger tables upstairs can accommodate bigger groups."

Like a bat out of hell
I'll be gone when the morning comes
But when the day is done
And the sun goes down
And the moonlight's shining through
Then like a sinner before the gates of Heaven
I'll come crawling on back to you
