Before Cape Landing launched in 2018, the fruit from the property had already filled the bottles of top tier wines from across the region. The premium produce was highly regarded, however Cape Landing had no brand and no label of its own.

The inspiration for the identity came from the history of the property, which was first farmed in the early 20th century. Tucked away south of Margaret River, Cape Landing is surrounded by forest - picturesque and secluded. Time and care has been invested in the property and this shows in the quality of the produce.

A farmer clutching a bunch of grapes and holding them up to the sun in a eureka moment communicates this commitment to quality. From first settlement to today, Cape Landing has been a journey from ground to grape to glass.

Before Cape Landing launched in 2018, the fruit from the property had already filled the bottles of top tier wines from across the region. The premium produce was highly regarded, however Cape Landing had no brand and no label of its own. The new brand pays homage to the history of the property, the hard work of the owners and the quality of the produce.

“Cape Landing is picturesque, the vines well established and mature, the fruit quality superb, but it was the moment I first saw the vineyard’s expansive main dam and water supply, that I knew this was the place for us.”

Mark Lewis, Cape Landing
