La Condesa

Nobody does Mexico in Perth like Clint Nolan and the gang. La Condesa is the new kid on the Subi block, taking residence in the building that once housed Oriel cafe. It's a high energy, fast paced venue serving tasty plates and cocktails.

The brand style is unpolished with clashing typefaces, naive handdrawn and crafted elements, neon colours, gritty textures and quirky tongue in cheek language. This kit of elements is applied to the space through paste up posters, neon lightboxes, a vibrant pink window film (that makes the bar glow) and the focal point of the space, a mural that is painted over a clutter of hanging pictures, paintings and collectibles. It is graphic overload that matches the high intensity mood and hectic energy of the space.
